Shipping Policy
We don't ship or deliver much!
But when we do it is from our home office and sent with love.
We do our best to get your orders out within 3 days of your order.
It's important, at checkout, to include your mailing address so we know where to send your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
The only item we are currently shipping that may need some clarification is our dehydrated sourdough starter. All starter comes with instructions, and it's best to follow those as closely as you can.
The instructions do end at about a week of care, then it's basic sourdough feedings and care.
In the future, we will do our best to include a basic sourdough care handout.

But, we do not accept returns or refunds on those. We are, however, here for questions if you need any help whilst waking up your dehydrated sourdough starter.
